Eco Brooklyn is a passive house builder in New York City, where there are very few Passive House projects. The vast majority of Passive House projects are in Europe. But New York City Passive House contractors are eager to change that. We are currently the contractor on a Passive House brownstone renovation in Manhattan for some clients.
