  Hi,

  I live in a 4 story 32 unit condo gut-conversion of 1930 built factory building. The condo conversion took place in 2006 in a pre-green era. I would like to kick start a green renovation initiative in my building and would love to here from your organization.

  We have opportunities in the way of expansive un-utilized roof space and antiquated infrastructure. My primary interest surrounds lowering operating cost and possibly kicking energy back to the power gird to generate a small revenue stream to pay down on green renovation projects.
