I’m Reaching Out To You

Hi,
I have been posting blogs on Brooklyn green building for about three years now. The site has maybe six hundred posts on everything from composting toilets in brownstones to the best clay wall recipe. I throw these bits of text out into the world because it is my passion and love.

What about you? I see there are several hundred people who subscribe to the posts. Who are you? What is your passion? What is your love? Please take a moment to tell me.

I want to hear from you. I want to hear what you are doing in this beautiful world of chaos and growth, where we hold on and hope the ride doesn’t throw us off our seat.

Please post a comment and let me know who you are and what drives you.

I really look forward to hearing from you!

Thanks!!!

    Hi Gennaro,

I volunteered for a few days in the summer of 2009 and it has been great to see the progress of the Eco Brooklyn show house.

I love your site because it can be so hard to get the real story behind eco building and there’s always something interesting to read.

In 2009,I moved to Red Hook and was inspired to create a portable ‘renters homestead’ in my 400 sq ft backyard. We’ve survived clouds of mosquitoes, construction delays, floods and even the recent tornado and now were starting to present the project through our blogs:

    Thanks for all the posts!

As ever, it is an understatement to say how much your audience appreciates your good.
    Many, many thanks, Linda.

    Hi Gennaro,
I have a small decorative painting business on Long Island. I can’t even remember how I stumbled upon you, but I thoroughly enjoy your posts. I am always looking for ways to be more green, in my business as well as in my home, and I’ve gotten so many wonderful ideas and resources from you. Thank you and keep it coming!
